Open Question: Is there a real estate legal document known as a “Reversible Deed”?

I have been told by a friend that with a Reversible Deed, the property reverts back to the former owner automatically if certain conditions are not met. Such as not paying a mortgage for three consecutive months, or many other reasons agreed to by the grantor and grantee. In searching the Internet I find no reference to such a document.
